蔡仕伟／纽约ONE CLUB会员，纽约ADC国际艺术指导俱乐部会员，纽约TDC字体指导俱乐部会员。
蔡氏致力于教育与学术交流，于2001年开始受邀于中央美术学院、北京服装学院、清华美术学院、天津商学院等院校授课、讲座。
其作品历年来曾在俄罗斯莫斯科、乌克兰、斯洛伐克、德国汉堡、慕尼黑、汉诺威、及葡萄牙、西班牙、英国、波兰华沙、芬兰拉赫蒂、比利时蒙思、伊朗德黑兰、新加坡、日本、加拿大与美国纽约、科罗拉多、波特兰、波士顿及中国香港、澳门、杭州、宁波和深圳等国家和地区展出并获收藏；更在亚太区及国际竞赛中摘得众多荣誉，包括：
